Meet Millz, our wonderful host for this event. Millz’s positive and bubbly outlook on life has made her the proud founder of an organisation called Selfluv, which focuses on supporting those in need all around the world — from the elderly in palliative care to children in developing countries striving for education.
After opening three successful businesses, Millz has gained invaluable experience as an entrepreneur. She is also considered a strong woman in tech with over two decades of industry experience.
Her work has even been recognised in Forbes for leading an IT project management initiative with Facebook.
Mayte Bologna
Meet Mayte, she is a multicultural creative and community-builder who has called Venezuela, Italy, China, and the UK home—bringing a global lens and boundless curiosity to everything she does.
A passionate advocate for social impact and accessibility, she has volunteered 800+ hours and matched over £16,000 to Nova New Opportunities, a grassroots charity in West London, producing community events such as TEDx, The School of Humanity and The Great Get Together, to elevate local voices.
Recently diagnosed with ADHD, she speaks openly about neurodiversity and mental health as drivers for compassion, boundaries, and growth, while keeping the focus on giving back with empathy and purpose. Mayte champions I&D, DEI, and CSR across her work with nonprofits, while blending her love of arts and culture with storytelling that moves people to action.
Nazia Carim
Meet Nazia, she is a multilingual hypnotherapist and mental health practitioner, specialising in stress and anxiety management. With extensive experience delivering wellness workshops at corporate events, Nazia is passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to build resilience, improve focus, and foster emotional wellbeing.
In addition to her therapeutic practice, Nazia brings strong technical expertise from her work in the technology sector, where she has honed problem-solving and client-focused skills in high performance environments.
She holds multiple degrees in Development, Administration and Planning and International Politics. This academic foundation, combined with her professional journey across wellness and technology, gives her a unique perspective on human behaviour, performance and the intersection between mental health and productivity.
Seema Dhanak
Meet Seema, She is a trainee psychotherapist with two decades of experience working in government roles focused on housing and domestic abuse.
Today, Seema is recognised as one of the UK’s leading domestic abuse trainers, collaborating with government staff to improve responses to survivors and reduce systemic harm.
Alongside this training work, she is an activist within Asian communities, raising awareness and building stronger support networks for marginalised groups affected by domestic abuse. Her unique blend of frontline experience, policy understanding, and therapeutic training positions her to make a meaningful impact in reducing the harm caused by domestic abuse.
